At Artisan Built Communities, we are excited to announce our Premier Select Program available to you when you build a new construction home from the ground up. Through this program, will be guided through the homebuilding process to create and design your dream home in Paulding County!
Choose a Home Site
The first step in the Premier Select Program is selecting the home site. The size and position of the home site a home is built on plays a role in its overall layout. Our new home communities at NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian offer several available home site sizes for you to choose from. Whether you prefer a home site at the front of the community for easy access, a location near amenities so you can walk to all the fun, or a cul-de-sac site backing up to nature for additional privacy, building a home gives you the opportunity to select the homesite of your choice.
Select a Plan and Options
Once a home site is selected, you can then pick a ready-to-build floor plan for your new home. At NatureWalk at Seven Hills, you can choose from 13 unique floor plan options within our popular Farmhouse, Estate Series or Active Adult. These farmhouse-style, traditional ranch and two-story homes offer 1,607 to 3,464 square feet of living space and two to six bedrooms. We also offer eight plans at The Georgian, with options for active adults desiring single-level living or traditional homes from our Estate. Whether your family needs plenty of open entertaining space, a private home office or a first-floor owner's suite, we have options for you!
Customize Features
One of the best parts of building a new home from scratch is the opportunity to customize the features and finishes within it! Once a home plan is decided upon, the next step in the Premier Select Program gives you the opportunity to work with our designers at our Design Studio to customize the both the interior and exterior of the home. Here, you will have a chance to view a wide variety of selection options that you can choose from, including flooring, light fixtures, paint colors, countertops, siding colors and much more. Once you're done, you'll have ensured your new home perfectly matches your style and taste preferences!
Building Process
This is where the fun truly begins! With a home site selected, home plan chosen and customized features in place, our team of experienced builders officially begin the homebuilding process. From foundation to framing to the final design touches, we maintain communication with our homebuyers, so you'll enjoy frequent updates about where we are in the homebuilding process. You will also have the opportunity to visit the home throughout different stages of the building process to see the progress firsthand.
Closing
The last step in the process means the big day is finally here—closing day! Now that the home is built, it's officially time for you to take possession of your new Artisan Built home. During this final step, you will work with our team of agents and closing attorneys to finalize paperwork and close the home transaction. Once this is complete, you will receive the keys so that you can move right in and make yourself at home!
